They have a customer satisfaction guarantee on all their merchandise BUT when I've needed to return electronic items its always been a hassle. Instead just saying you're not satisfied with it and them accepting (which is what they are supposed to do) it they ask you several questions and act very unconvinced that you are unhappy. Both times its became an argument which involved the store manager. Be careful!July 12, 2016
