  Food is great. Have always had good service. The rewards program is great. The wife and I just had lunch there and only had to pay for the drinks.

  Came here a few weeks ago around dinner time to sit in the bar. The waiters kind of neglected us because we didn't order a full meal.

  Service is not as expected. People are semi friendly BUT we waited a whole your for our food and this wasn't even the busiest day I've came in. We had to ask the server how much longer until our food was ready for her to check on it when we finally for our food two people in my party had cold food. What surprised me was that all I had ordered was an order of fries. Those still showed up an hour after we ordered. So if you are thinking of eating here...make sure you have an extra hour to wait for your food.

  Good wings. Never overcooked (which is rare for some BW's). This place is always busy. Seriously just call ahead.
