My wife and I ordered food and a few mins in she realazied that she ordered the wrong sandwich. We kindly asked the lady. "Hey my wife accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich." She said well it's already made? No comment like oh I'm sorry let me fix that for you. Or anything just it's already made. That's not customer service for me. Not a single offer to make it right.
